Before we pursue any program or project for any client, we examine, in close collaboration with our client, the ideas that underpin the project. We engage our client, challenge them, and work with them to define, refine and understand goals, values and direction.
Firstly we identify and refine the core ideas. In the rush to design, many firms overlook the fundamental first step, asking: What are we trying to achieve?
With a set of objectives in mind, we map out a business and communications strategy to advance these ideas. Design excellence is only as good as the plan it is supporting. We place fundamental importance on devising and charting out essential objectives as a first step.
Only after we have taken these necessary first steps do we develop and explore creative design concepts to enable the strategy.
